Web Student Profiles

TL;DR

This is a web only release to allow more student information to be added and updated via the web app. It also enhances the search facilities for finding students.

Student Profile Page

The information that you can now add to a student has been changed. In addition to Addresses and Contacts, you can now add/edit:

• Middle Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Preferred Pronouns
• Home Telephone
• Work Telephone
• Preferred Telephone
• Email Address
• Licence Details inc:
  • Name on Licence
  • Licence Number
  • Expiry Date
  • Licence Checked Indicator
• Driving Details inc:
  • Eyesight Checked Indicator
  • Previous Driving Experience
  • Medical/Learning Needs

The search bar on the Student List has been enhanced to allow you to search by student name, phone or email including partials. This works in conjunction with the 'At A Glance' banner so the search results will only include those students who fulfil the search criteria and are in the selected category e.g., Smith and Active or Jones and Inactive etc.

This is just the latest part of MyDriveTime 2 on the web and will continue to be enhanced and developed over the coming weeks and months.
