Web Students

TL;DR

This is a web only release to allow student information to be added and updated via the web app.

Students Page

A new tab has been added to the 'My Work' section of the web app, Students.

In addition to the search bar and the 'Add Student' button, there are a number of filters allowing you to look specifically at students who fulfil certain criteria e.g., those with low or no credit.

For each Student their name and phone number are shown plus the date of their next lesson. At the end of each row, there are 3 icons as follows:

Time Icon

The time icon shows a number of hours/minutes, a little clock and possibly a coloured pill.

• Where the student is in arrears, the time owed will appear preceded by a minus sign and there will be an x in a red pill
• Where the student has low credit i.e., less than 3 hours, there will be an exclamation mark in a yellow pill.

Terms and Conditions Icon

• Where the icon is in dark grey, it means that the terms have been received and signed.
• Where it is in light grey it means that the terms have never been sent.
• Where it is in light grey with an exclamation mark in a yellow pill, it means that terms have been sent but not yet signed.

Student App Icon

• Where the icon is in dark grey, the student has been invited to and signed up to the app.
• Where the icon is in light grey, the student has not been invited to the app.
• Where the icon is in light grey with an x in a red pill, the student has been invited but the invite has expired.

Add Student

You can use the 'Add Student' button to add new students to your student list. You can include basic details such as their name and contact details plus addresses and contacts as well as notes. These notes are not visible to your students.

This is just the latest part of MyDriveTime 2 on the web and will continue to be enhanced and developed over the coming weeks and months.
