Obtaining a copy of your data

If you would like a copy of your data, you can grab it using our Export My Data tool.

To begin, log into MyDriveTime using your internet browser. Select the More menu then select Export My Data.

We provide access to three types of data; transactions, students and lessons. Each file must be exported and downloaded to your device separately.

Select the range of data you’d like to include then hit the Export button. Your browser will ask you where you’d like to save the CSV file that is created. Once saved, it can be opened using a basic notepad application or a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel.
