Updating a Student record

When you view a Student record, you’ll notice the information is split into a number of ‘tabs’ that run across the top of the page. These tabs include the student’s profile details, progress through your syllabus, lesson history, financial transactions and summary, and information on their test attempts.

Android users: Tap on a field to open the Edit Student screen then tap the field you want to update to open the keypad. When you’re finished, tap Update to save your changes.

iOS users: Tap the three dots in the top-right corner to open the menu, then hit Edit to open the Edit Student page. Tap the field you want to update then hit Save when you’re done.

As your student progresses through each discipline within your syllabus, simply tap the ‘star’ that best reflects their current skill level. You can clear all selected ‘stars’ by hitting the red icon on the left.

Your entries are updated automatically when you tap an icon, so there’s no need to press a button to register the change.
